For the New Year I was provided with a challenge to increase conversion through bucketFeet’s main revenue channel, marketing email campaigns. I first approached this project with testing via heat mapping, then moved on to focus groups. through the data procured I developed user experience solutions, created an information hierarchy, and implemented email campaign strategies that the company had yet to attempt.
